Our assessments and training programs are run by Dr. Terry Curl, P.E., MPA, DPA who is a distinguished adjunct professor. He has been involved in numerous research topics with students. Dr. Curl has Taught over 96 courses in Leadership, Public Policy, Private Public Partnerships, Research, Statistics and Applied Mathematics earning him a prestigious Ted Mitchell Distinguished Adjunct Professor Award in 2021.

Dr. Curl holds the following degrees, DPA (Doctorate in Public Administration), MPA (Masters in Public Administration), MS (Masters in Applied Mathematics), MS (Masters in Engineering), BS (Bachelor in Engineering), and is a registered Civil and Industrial Engineer.

LEADERSHIP TRAINING
TKC Engineering offers some of the most comprehensive and proven training techniques for all levels of leadership. Our program fosters and agile workforce and holistic approach to talent management. Leadership training classes are taught by Dr. Terry Curl, P.E. who teaches masters level collegiate classes on organizational behavior and theory. In addition, Dr. Curl has over 23 years of leadership while working for the United States Army in multiple positions such as Colonel and Chief of Staff.
